Homeowners Underinsured

05/16/2022 The American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA) surveyed 1,000 homeowners. Less than 40% of all homeowners that improved their homes, updated their insurance policy. Only 30% of homeowners have increased their coverage to cover for inflation costs. We review our client’s policies annually. We look for possible gaps in coverage.
